About the National Championships

The RoR National Championships is a six-day event featuring an exciting array of classes in showing, dressage, and jumping. The event includes two evening performances, culminating in the highlight of the Championships—the crowning of The Jockey Club Supreme Champion during the Saturday evening show.

The Gemma Potts Glamour Stakes

As part of the 2025 RoR National Championships, we’re proud to rename the much-loved Glamour Stakes in support of Gemma Potts — a former class winner, judge, and RoR member now on a long road to recovery after a life-changing spinal injury.

Held during Saturday night’s performance at Aintree International Equestrian Centre, this special class is a vital fundraiser supporting Gemma’s intensive rehabilitation, specialist equipment, and 12-week stay at STEPS Rehabilitation Centre — with all proceeds going directly towards her journey.
